2001 CDBG Five-Year Consolidated Plan

This 2001 Five-Year Consolidated Plan marks the continuation of an on-going community development planning process for Grand Junction. The intent of the process is to develop a set of local priority needs and objectives through a coordinated effort with special emphasis on citizen participation and interagency involvement. The City of Grand Junction Community Development Department is the lead organization in the development of the City Consolidated Plan.
