Pre-qualification of Contractors - Contractors submitting bids over $50,000 must be pre-qualified in accordance with the City's "Rules and Procedures for
Pre-qualification of Contractors." All bids received by the specified time will be opened, but the City will reject bids over $50,000 from contractors who have not been pre-qualified. Call 970-256-4126 for additional information.
