The Grand
Valley Stormwater Management Master Plan (GV-SWMMP) was prepared for the City of Grand
Junction, Grand Junction Drainage District, and Mesa County
for the purpose of developing a stormwater management master
plan for four watersheds within the Grand Valley. The four
watersheds are Appleton Drain, Buthorn Drain, Leach Creek
above H Road, and Orchard Mesa. The current version
(December 1998 with May 2000 updates) is available for purchase for $95 at Public Works, 250 North 5th Street.
