This program is intended to clean up any old graffiti and to encourage property owners to remove recent graffiti quickly, which discourages repeat vandalism.
NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
The program calls upon residents to step forward and assist the police in organizing into cohesive units working toward the goal of building a crime free neighborhood.
Upon request the Community Advocacy Program conducts Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) surveys for City of Grand Junction property owners.
